Z-Trak™2 is a new family of 3D profile sensors built on Teledyne Imaging’s 3D image sensor technology, ushering in a new era of 5GigE 3D profile sensors for high-speed, in-line 3D applications.
Models deliver scan speeds of up to 45,000 profiles per second and features built-in HDR and reflection compensation algorithms to handle surfaces with varying degrees of reflectivity in a single scan. This delivers in-line height measurements for inspection, detection, identification, and guidance in electronics, semiconductor, automotive and factory automation markets segments.

Z-Trak™ LP2C 4K is the newest member of the Z-Trak LP2C family targeting in-line 3D measurement and inspection applications. Its 4,096 samples per profile helps to measure and inspect parts with tighter tolerances, and to identify smaller defects cost effectively.
Maintenance free and factory calibrated, Z-Trak LP2C 4K sensors combine high speed scans with easy-to-use software tools, and deliver highly repeatable and accurate height, width, and length measurements.
